World’s tiniest chef to serve four-course dinner at Fullerton Bay Hotel
Le Petit Chef will be serving a visual-gastronomical experience at La Brasserie from Jan 28.
Good things come in small packages. The world’s tiniest chef is making its way to Singapore and is due to arrive at the end of the month.
From Jan 28 to Feb 24, Le Petit Chef will be making its very first appearance in Singapore for a delicious pop-up at La Brasserie, located at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore.
Created by Belgian artist collective Skullmapping in 2015, the smallest chef in the world is brought to life on the dinner table with 3D projection technology.
Standing at just 58mm, watch as the virtual chef battles creatures from the deep and braves fire in pursuit of culinary excellence. The experience culminates in a four-course meal prepared by the real chefs at La Brasserie, starting with poached Maine lobster with baby asparagus, truffle aioli and avruga caviar, and followed by the bouillabaisse, a seafood saffron broth with snapper, mussels, clams and octopus.
For the main course, watch as the mini masterchef prepares a 200-day grain-fed angus tenderloin with sauce perigourdine before completing your evening with a coconut rice pudding.
Founded by Filip Sterckx and Antoon Verbeeck in 2010, Skullmapping tells stories by aligning technology and art. Le Petit Chef has been exhibited in Shenzhen, Shanghai and Nashville, among many other international locations.
There will be two seatings for this dinner experience: one at 6.30 pm and another at 9pm. And it comes at a price of S$188++ per pax with a minimum booking of five diners.
