You can now get your plant-based Impossible Burger fix at MOS Burger. The Japanese burger chain launched the Impossible MOS Burger on Monday (Dec 9), and it's available for a limited time only and while stocks last.
The burger, which features an Impossible plant-based patty, sliced cheese, fried onions and a BBQ glaze, is priced at S$6.95 a la carte and is available at all 39 MOS Burger and MOS Cafe locations in Singapore.
MOS Burger is the first major burger chain in Singapore to offer the plant-based patty from Impossible Foods. Said Kazuya Inukai, CEO of MOS Foods Singapore: “After seeing the amazing response to the Impossible Burger all across Singapore, we were eager to put our chefs to work creating the Impossible MOS Burger.”
Impossible Foods’ plant-based meat was launched in Singapore in March and is now available in a variety of cuisines in over 260 restaurants across the island.
Jordan Sadowsky, Director of Global Expansion at Impossible Foods, said: “The price point of the Impossible MOS Burger is very accessible, which means our plant-based meat can be enjoyed by even more people across the country. We’ve had a successful eight months since our launch in Singapore and we look forward to continuing to offer our customers new ways to try Impossible in 2020.”
