If you’re thinking of treating yourself to something fancier than your usual lunch or dinner fare, then local Michelin-starred restaurant Labyrinth has got your back.

The restaurant has just launched its new delivery arm, known as Miss Vanda, that will allow customers to enjoy the food without having to step outside. Orders can be made here.

According to the company’s Instagram post, Miss Vanda is an independent delivery platform, which means that the restaurant won’t need to pay commission to any third-party delivery companies.

Delivery services will begin officially on Jun 2 for dinner and Jun 3 for both lunch (12pm to 2.30pm) and dinner (6pm to 9.30pm), but you can begin pre-ordering right now. There’s a 10 per cent early bird discount until May 31 so if you’re curious about the service, it might be a good time to give it a try.

There’ll be a weekly set menu and ala carte, as well as options for beverages. Dishes include their laksa, boneless har cheong chicken wings, signature Hainanese kaya made with fresh market coconut milk and wagyu cheese baked beef fat truffle fried rice.

The service will be available every day, with islandwide delivery priced at S$10. You can still opt for self-pickup if you wish from the restaurant’s location in Esplanade Mall.

However, Miss Vanda will also require a minimum of S$50 spend before delivery fees and GST, although orders above S$150 will get you free islandwide delivery.

According to the Instagram post, Miss Vanda will continue to operate even after "circuit breaker" measures are lifted and dining outside is allowed again.

Miss Vanda was originally meant to be Labyrinth’s expansion into casual Singaporean food, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, founder LG Han decided to launch the service online instead.
