BTS makes history as the first ever artist to achieve 20 number ones on Billboard world digital song sales chart
BTS Army have one more thing to celebrate as the K-pop group breaks their own previously-held record.
Kpop superstars BTS has once again made history on the Billboard charts.
The group’s new Japanese pre-release track – Stay Gold— debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s World Digital Song Sales chart for the week ending in July 4, officially making it the group’s 20th song to top the chart.
With this latest achievement, BTS has now broken their own record for the most number ones achieved on this chart by any artist in history.
BTS previously topped Billboard’s World Digital Song Sales chart with their songs Fire, Blood Sweat & Tears, Spring Day, Not Today, DNA, MIC Drop, Don’t Leave Me, Fake Love, IDOL, 2! 3!, Boy With Luv, Dream Glow, A Brand New Day, All Night, Heartbeat, Lights, Make It Right, Black Swan, and ON.
Stay Gold also marks BTS’s 89th song to make it into the top 10 of the chart – another Billboard record that they continue to break with each new hit.
