‘Don’t do it’: Celine Dion’s advice to Drake on his next tattoo
Just what tattoo is the My Heart Will Go On singer imploring the rapper not to get?
Celine Dion has spoken out to ask fellow Canadian celebrity Drake not to get a tattoo of her face on his body.
"Please Drake, I love you very much. Can I tell you something? Don't do that,” said the My Heart Will Go On singer in an interview with iHeartRadio Canada.
The rapper is known for his penchant for collecting tattoos of celebrities on his body. He already has Denzel Washington, Aaliyah, The Beatles and two tattoos of Sade on his torso. A few years ago, he reportedly said that he wanted to get the Grammy award-winning singer's face inked to add to his collection.
Dion said in the interview: "You can write me love letters, you can send me autographs for my kids, you can come and visit. I can have you home for lunch or dinner… we can go for a drink. We can sing together. Whatever you want to do... I can talk to your mother. Whatever you want, but please…"
Gesturing to her face, she continued: "This is not the money-maker. My face will go longer and it will go not prettier. So please, don't tattoo. If you do it, just do a fake one so you can change your mind."
Drake hasn't responded to the singer's non-tattoo request nor a Drake-Dion collab.
