Renowned "dog whisperer" Cesar Millan, 54, was recently spotted at two separate events in Singapore. The first was a meet-and-greet session, organised by pet nutrition company Bom Bom, held onboard luxury tall ship Royal Albatross on Jun 27.
During the event, Millan interacted with fans and answered their questions. Videos from the event also showed him taking photos with them and their pets.
In a post on their Instagram website, Dog Cruise by Royal Albatross called Millan "a legend in (their) eyes".
"His respect, calm demeanor, and fantastic teaching skills inspire us all. He generously shares his time and wisdom, helping us become better humans so we can have better dogs."
Millan also attended a durian-tasting session hosted by Singaporean entrepreneur and actor Collin Chee. In a video uploaded on Chee's Instagram page, Millan can be seen at a table that's filled with various durian cultivars, including Musang King, D101 and Dong Lai, along with several other guests.
Chee, who is the founder of the durian-based company Spikes Of Love, is then seen explaining about the durians and how to eat them.
Giving his review of the experience, Millan then says: "This one was a lot more in-depth. I always have durian, I always come to Singapore for durian. But I've never had the steps, all the history, all the knowledge...[explained to me]. I had a great night and I think (I'm) ready to go home."
In 2015, Millan said Singapore was his "house outside the United States".
"I've been here more often than any other country in the world."
