South Korean idol Cha Eun-woo to release first solo album this year
Cha is one of the biggest celebrities in South Korea, having starred in multiple dramas.
South Korean entertainer Cha Eun-woo will finally release a solo album this year – eight years after debuting as a member of the K-pop group Astro. On Jan 9, South Korean news outlet Sport TV News reported that Cha is aiming to release his first solo album within the first half of 2024.
Fans can expect to listen to these songs at Cha's upcoming tour Just One 10 Minute: Mystery Elevator. The tour will begin on Feb 17 at Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Seoul and will feature stops in Malaysia, Thailand and more.
Singapore fans, on the other hand, can catch Cha on Apr 13.
Cha is regarded as one of the biggest stars of South Korea, having starred in multiple hit dramas such as True Beauty and A Good Day To Be A Dog. He has also been an ambassador for numerous brands including Burberry, Dior, Skechers and Subway.
Last year, Cha's appearances in Singapore attracted huge crowds with some fans reportedly waiting for over six hours, just to catch a glimpse of him.
