And the fun starts even before you enter the building. There are several life-sized Doraemon figures on the front lawn of the museum, as well as the famous Anywhere Door. You won’t be able to transport yourself anywhere but you will get plenty of selfie opportunities here!

Did you even visit the exhibition if you don’t have merchandise to show for it? The museum will be selling limited quantities of collectibles on select weekends of the school holiday period. These have been designed by Supermama and based on iconic objects that were commonly used in the 1970s to 1990s.

Doraemon’s Time-Travelling Adventures in Singapore runs from Saturday (Oct 31) to Dec 27 at the National Museum of Singapore. The exhibit is open from 10am to 7pm with the last entry at 6.30pm. Admission to the National Museum of Singapore is free for Singaporeans and permanent residents.
