It’s a girl! Harry Potter’s Rupert Grint, actress girlfriend welcome first child
The pair have been romantically linked since 2011 and no, he's not likely to name his daughter after a character from the popular books.

Pop out the butterbeer because Harry Potter actor Rupert Grint and Georgia Groome are celebrating the arrival of their first child!
A representative for Grint confirmed the news of their baby girl to E! News on Thursday (May 7), the couple’s first child.
“Rupert Grint and Georgia Groome are delighted to confirm the birth of their baby girl. We would please ask that you respect their privacy at this very special time,” said the representative.
The news confirms earlier rumours that began after the actress was seen with a baby bump while out in London. A representative told E! News at the time: “Rupert Grint and Georgia Groome are excited to announce they are expecting a baby and would please ask for privacy at this time.”

Groome, who is known for her role in Angus, Thongs And The Perfect Snogging, has been romantically linked to Grint since 2011.
While the couple have not disclosed the name of their baby girl, Grint previously talked about whether he would be interested in naming his kids after characters from the Harry Potter books.
“If I had a son, would I call him Ron?” he told The Guardian during an interview in 2018. “It’s quite a good name, but probably not. And Grint’s a tough name to pair a one-syllable first name with.”
