Lea Michele has endured some "unique ups and downs" during her latest pregnancy.

The 37-year-old actress is preparing to welcome her second child with her husband Zandy Reich, and Michele has revealed that she's "feeling good" as she nears her due date.

The brunette beauty, who already has a three-year-old son with Reich, said on Instagram: "Every pregnancy comes with its own unique ups and downs and we manage them as best we can. But I’m grateful for the energy that I have while also taking care of a toddler at the same time and just feeling so grateful."

Michele revealed that she's been taking some tips from her showbiz pal Ashley Tisdale.

The 38-year-old star urged Michele to "get up a few moments before everyone in the morning" to have some time for herself.

Michele added: "It’s been so helpful. I make my matcha (one up a day) and sit by myself for even just a few moments. It helps me so much to just feel centred and also allows me to be super present once Ever is awake."

Michele previously admitted that motherhood has changed her entire outlook on life.

The actress, who tied the knot in 2019, suggested that she's become less career-focused since she gave birth to her baby boy.

During an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show, she explained: "It was all about my career. I've been so career-focused my entire life, I think to a fault.

"I think I have this sense of drive that created a lot of blind spots for me in my life."

Michele also believes that motherhood has "softened" her.

The actress, who is best known for playing Rachel Berry in Glee, told Extra: "I feel like it definitely has softened me a lot and I probably could have used a little softening, and he really is just the thing that has changed me the most and I'm so grateful."
