Nicolas Cage annuls fourth marriage just four days after marrying makeup artist
The 55-year-old Cage wants to move forward with a divorce if the annulment is not possible. He was previously married to Patricia Arquette and Lisa Marie Presley.
Maybe fifth time’s the charm? Nicolas Cage has filed for an annulment just four days after he tied the knot with makeup artist Erika Koike in a surprise Las Vegas marriage.
The couple had been together for nearly a year.
According to court records obtained by celebrity news site The Blast, Cage, 55, filed for an annulment with Koike, 36, in Clark County, Nevada, on Thursday (Mar 28). The site notes that Cage wants to move forward with a divorce if the annulment is not possible, and that Koike has not been served papers yet.
The Blast reported last week that Cage applied for a marriage license in Las Vegas on Mar 23, the same day he was issued a marriage certificate.
Cage has been married four times. He married his first wife, Patricia Arquette, in 1995. The couple divorced in 2001. In 2002, he married Lisa Marie Presley, the daughter of Elvis Presley, and filed for divorce three months later.
Before Koike, Cage was married to former waitress Alice Kim from 2004 to 2006.
