Sentosa has Pokemon-themed cable cars till Dec 31, ticketholders will get Pokemon sun visors
There are five unique designs, each sporting a different set of Pokemon in festive attire.
Those of you staying in Singapore this holiday season have more reasons to visit Sentosa to get your dose of fun. In addition to Warner Bros' free-entry event, Singaporeans can now enjoy the iconic cable cars on the Mount Faber Line, which link Mount Faber, HarbourFront and Sentosa Island, in a new Poke-tastic coat of paint.
Unlike the previous run of Pokemon-themed cabins, the cabins this time around sport a festive Pokemon theme. There are five unique designs available, with exteriors comprising either a Master Ball, Great Ball, Ultra Ball, Pokeball or a Love Ball facade.
Inside each cabin is a festive decor with different sets of adorable Pokemon including Pikachu, Snorlax, Pichu and Sprigatito.
Thankfully, the Poke-fiesta isn't limited to the skies. There will be photo opportunities at the various cable car stations, including dressed-up vintage cars and giant photo cut-out boards.
Once you've had your fun, visit the gift shops at Mount Faber Peak and Imbiah Lookout to score rare merch like Pokemon plushies that hail from Japan. Funko Pop figures will also be available at the gift shops.
Tickets for the Pokemon cable cars can be bought on-site or online. Those who opt for the latter can enjoy 20 per cent off on round trip tickets for the Cable Car Sky Pass and Mount Faber Line.
Be sure to hurry as ticketholders for these Pokemon cable cars can also redeem a free Pokemon-themed sun visor at the on-site ticketing counters, while stocks last.
