The second edition of virtual Singapore Property Show returns bigger and better

In the market for a new property? Then look to the Singapore Property Show 2021 for inspiration. The fully digital experience will offer home buyers and investors exclusive access to narrated virtual tours of more than 25 of the latest private property projects, as well as a series of 40 property-related webinars.

The show is a collaboration between Mediacorp, 99.co, and leading real estate agencies: PropNex, ERA Singapore, Huttons Asia, OrangeTee & Tie, and SRI.

Industry frontrunners and speakers from the participating property agencies will offer insider tips and insights on real estate trends through a comprehensive series of webinars over two consecutive weekends starting from May 22.

These webinars will walk attendees through virtual open houses and cover wide-ranging topics of interest to home buyers and property investors, such as the impact of the Singapore Green Plan on property and property prices, factors for HDB owners to consider before upgrading to private property, and tips on improving home resale value.

Chief Executive Officer of 99.co, Darius Cheung said: "We had overwhelming demand from both consumers and exhibitors last year and it's clear that online exhibition is the default way to go moving forward – enabling home seekers to learn and explore conveniently and safely at home. The inaugural Singapore Property Show last year’s saw total engagement exceeding 1.78M users.
