EXPECTED T.O.P: December 2025

(Art: Mapletree and Keppel Land)

If you’ve always wanted to live right by the sea, drop anchor at The Reef@King’s Dock.

Located right beside VivoCity, food and retail offerings are within easy reach, as is access to Harbourfront MRT station, which connects to the Circle and North-East lines.

Comprising 10 low-rise blocks staggered to allow for natural ventilation and to maximise scenic views, a bespoke facade and balcony screens help shield the one- to three-bedroom apartments, and two- to three-bedroom villas, from the sun’s heat. The 429-unit waterfront condo is designed by Kees Christiaanse, architect and founder of international firm KCAP Architects&Planners.

Its star feature, Singapore’s first floating deck in a residential development, sees a 180m deck hewn from a single granite monolith – this houses an ensemble of swimming pools, as well as a viewing deck overlooking an underwater colony of corals and marine life.

Other outdoor facilities include green walls, gardens, ponds, pavilions, a meditation deck and a hammock terrace, served by eco features such as rainwater harvesting, water-efficient auto-irrigation, recycling of horticultural waste into landscaping fertiliser, and energy-efficient lifts and lighting design.

HortPark, Labrador Park, Marina@Keppel Bay, Sentosa and the Southern Ridges hiking trail are within easy reach too.
