During Singapore’s Phase 2 Heightened Alert (HA) period, developers sold fewer homes as tighter restrictions dampened showflat and property viewings, the Straits Times reported. As a result of this, new launch activity was also slowed. 

However, with the city now in Phase 3 HA, and with new launches on the horizon, new home sales are expected to pick up again. If you’re in the market for a new property, here are some upcoming launches to take note of.
