Academy Award-winning actress Michelle Yeoh joins eight Wing Chun dancers to herald the arrival of the Spring season in Lululemon’s short film, Be Spring.
The film celebrates the arrival of Spring through the concept of wellbeing, encouraging everyone to find their eternal spring in their everyday lives.

“Wing Chun holds a special place in my heart,” shared Yeoh who credits her decorated acting career to years of training in both dance and martial arts.
“Back in 1994, I starred in the movie Wing Chun, and 30 years later, I’m honoured to have the opportunity to collaborate with these professional dancers to re-interpret Wing Chun through the short film Be Spring.”

According to Yeoh, being well includes taking time to listen and understand oneself – mind, body and spirit. She believes that to be the key to achieving balance and finding inner peace.
A newly appointed member of the International Olympic Committee, the Oscar-winning actress plans to continue championing the benefits of sports and contributing to the community by encouraging more people to integrate physical movement and find balance in their own lives.
“Sports have always been an important element of my life, and in my role as a member of the International Olympic Committee, I am committed to helping more people, especially younger generations, benefit from sports,” said Yeoh.
