The decision to demolish and rebuild Tokyo's iconic Hotel Okura sparks an outcry among Japan's historians and architects. But the hotel president Toshihiro Ogita says the major earthquake in 2011 made him realise the need for a more quake-resistant building. Michiyo Ishida reports.
