Angelababy’s birthday pic with family has netizens doubting if she's had plastic surgery

Chinese star Angelababy has long been a target of plastic surgery rumours.

Despite getting her face examined for cosmetic enhancement to prove that she is au naturel, netizens are still convinced she's had work done.

However, a post on her now-revived Weibo account seems to have netizens thinking otherwise.

The I Remember actress, who turned 35 on Feb 28, recently posted snaps from her birthday celebration with her seven-year-old son and parents.

Angelababy's father, who is of Chinese and German descent, caught the attention of netizens for his mixed features, particularly his "super straight nose".

“Genes don’t lie, he and Angelababy share the same nose,” wrote a user.

Some even apologised to the celeb for accusing her of having plastic surgery.

Fans also cheered her return to Weibo, welcoming her with a flood of congratulatory comments.

“You are finally back! I've missed you! Happy Birthday!” wrote a netizen.

Angelababy has been keeping a low profile since she was reportedly cancelled in China for allegedly attending Blackpink Lisa’s Crazy Horse Paris performance.

Even after the Parisian cabaret came out to debunk rumours, Angelababy remained banned on Weibo until recently.

In addition, her commercial engagements and appearances were suspended, and she was also removed from shows such as Keep Running and It Sounds Incredible 3.
