Those who missed out on popular US burger chain In-N-Out's Singapore pop-up in 2019 can have another go at it when the exclusive event takes place once again.
The purveyor of classics such as Double-Double burgers and the Animal Style burger is back for a one-day pop-up on Friday (May 31) at Columbus Coffee Co – the same location as its previous iteration.
An ad for the event was placed in The Straits Times, indicating that the event will last from 10am to 4pm. Three types of burgers will be sold: The Double-Double, Protein Style and Animal Style.
The Double-Double comprises two beef patties, two slices of American cheese and your usual greens, the Protein Style features a burger wrapped in lettuce in place of a bun and the Animal Style comes with extra pickles, spread and grilled onions.
There will be a limited number of burgers sold on a first-come-first-served basis so you know what that means – the early queuer gets the burger.
In 2019, it was reported that fans started queuing as early as 6.30am for the burgers.
Customers were also limited to just one burger per person during the 2019 pop-up, according to local publication 8days.sg, so that could be the case again this time.
Founded in 1948, In-N-Out is a family-run business specialising in fresh beef burgers. The company is famous for not franchising its operations, citing food quality concerns. As such, In-N-Out outlets are limited to just the United States.
The pop-up is happening from 10am to 4pm at Columbus Coffee Co, 220 Upper Thomson Road, Singapore 574352.
